Responsibility Erases the Blame Game

None of us is perfect. Everyone makes mistakes. The mark of a leader and a mature person is the ability to escalate the situation and take responsibility for their responsibilities part.Taking does not mean becoming a doormat and let people walk all over. That means accepting its share of the results - good or bad. Jim Rohn, a famous business philosopher, reminds us to accept the collection of premiums, no excuses when the results are good and not complain when business is not good.In is very common to hear the blame game in full force. "I want to change sponsor, my sponsor does not help me." Or I hear, "My sponsor returns my calls or e-mail, simply can not get any help." In fact, in my company over 24 live training calls each week, more than 100 hours of recorded training calls, video and extensive training texts, business coaches and a very active forum for questions . The sponsor is not the only source of information and assistance. Yes, a sponsor informed and sensitive and very important, but the promoter is not the only source of training.Bottom line is that when starting a business from home, a brick and mortar business or a franchise, that's their business. You have the responsibility to learn the training and act on that training. Sitting back and say, 'Come do it for me "is not necessary responsibility.A new business owner will have a learning curve. The learning curves are a part of life. Every time you start something new, there is a curve learning. Some things have a curve than others to be sure, but they all require some effort. You can read a bicycle. You may see someone on a bicycle. Sooner or later, if you really want to learn to ride a bike should get on the bike and start walking. Did you fall? Yes: Go back and start dealing again. What to tell sponsors mount or even see the race sponsor will not be completed phase one of you to learn to play ride . As until the fault is in full force, no real learning occurs, and probably no real progress. Progress occurs when you step outside your comfort zone and start digging and learn and take the action.Playing blame game to avoid accountability. Directors and producers of waste time and energy never unproductive emotions, actions or words. Blaming others is a waste of energy. Leaders who assume their responsibilities.
